The classic city tour through the medieval town centre
History at every turn – that’s what awaits the participants of a tour through the historical centre of Rottweil. Starting at the Schwarzes Tor, the tour passes the magnificent town houses with their distinctive bay windows and wrought-iron signs announcing the owner’s trade. It includes the visit to three churches that bear witness to Rottweil’s long church history: the Heilig-Kreuz Cathedral, the Protestant Prediger church and the Catholic Kapellen church with its chapel tower.
