We are a young, up-and-coming butcher's shop that is run as a family business. Since our foundation in 2015, we have focussed on strong service and top quality. Convince yourself of our self-produced sausage and meat products. Our Charolais beef comes from Hofgut Hardthaus - just a few kilometres from the gates of Rottweil - which is run by the Pflugfelder family. This saves long transport routes, which is reflected in the quality. We stand for freshness and good service with our entire range. Try our homemade Maultaschen, our large selection of delicatessen salads or the delicacies from our hot food counter. We are open for you throughout the day at lunchtime.
